All concrete is rated at 4,500 pounds per square

Base preparation is 4 inches of compacted Class
5 limestone,
sand, or other appropriate base materials. |

Wood and plastic forms are used to allow for

#2 rebar is placed in the bottom two inches of

and set every three feet on center. |

All concrete is poured at 4 inches or thicker. |

All forms are removed within 2 days of the pour
being finished. |

Expansion cuts will be cut in all concrete and
will be at
least 1/4 of the thickness of the pour. |

All stamped pours will be sealed with a quality,
ultraviolet resistant and slip-resistant sealer. |

Any crack that occurs during the first year that
is more than
1/8 of an inch wide is considered a warranty item and will be
repaired. |
